In april 17 to april 29 1980, The Monnaie de Paris of France, the French consulate of Hong Kong and the Hong Kong Arts Center jointly organized an exhibition called “An Exhibition of French Medallions”. In this exhibition, the technique of bas-relief of France, engraving and metal casting were presented. Medals created by Lau Po Shin (樓寶善, 楼宝善 ) were also presented.
