Welcomed by an abundant snow on his arrival in Montreal in January 1994, artist Lau Po Shin confessed to being caught off guard. Since then, snow has become a part of his life. However, it was only during the years 2014 and 2015 that this artist dared to explore this universe of nature. He was not sure he could represent the whiteness of the snow, but the creations are dazzling. Through the coldness of the snow, there seems to be a lot of love for these landscapes, hence the name The Warmth of the Snow for this collection.
